Currently at Hooter's right now as I write the review. Where do I start? How about the 25 min wait for service and the fact that I got up and went to the bar and got my own water. Then when our waiter finally came, she had very poor customer service. Did not speak to us. Instead she flirted with guys from the table next to us. Who by the way, had gotten their food and two rounds of beer before we got served and to top things off, we watched as the cook dropped our wings on the counter and put them back in the basket. He also had a poor attitude when asked to redo the order. Was very displeased with the service and will not be back.
First time here the atmosphere was good and spacious. Food was good.
Just your typical Hooters. The wings here are cooked just the way I like it, nice and crispy. 4 stars because I feel the waitress could be a little friendlier. Service speed is not the fastest but it's acceptable.
My kids ate free a surprise to me because I did not know Kids eat free (12 and under) every Saturday on the Westbank with a paid adult meal.
Me and hubby love cold beer and wings from Hooters. This location needs improvement. The waitresses are not attentive, they do more talking and sitting around than working. Some of the hooter girls looked miserable and were rude. Food was good but came out very slow. With mediocre pricy food, the service should be exceptional, but its not. Ill give them another chance but hope they improve.
The boneless chicken was okay (a little disappointed paid for 10 pcs but got 8 pcs and just crust) the flavor was great.
Visiting when staying at a hotel nearby. It was pretty much a standard Hooters experience. Wait staff were friendly and the food was predictable.
